Shipping and Delivery
Once we have processed your Kanga Toy purchase, you will receive some emails with important information. There will be a confirmation email, and shipment tracking email once your product has been shipped with an estimate of when your package will be delivered.

How do I get free shipping?
We love free shipping just as much as the next guy, and we want you to enjoy it too. When your order is over $25 it qualifies for free shipping. We do a dance, throw a party, and your order will be shipped Ground at no cost to you (That means you get free shipping).

Where do we ship?
Kanga Toys currently ships to the United States. Right now duties, customs and shipping rates to ship outside of these places make it too expensive to ship anywhere else. We apologize is this is an inconvenience. If you find yourself outside of our shipping range, please contact us at Support@KangaToys.com and let us know you want us to ship to you! Or you can order through our Etsy store which can calculate international shipping.

When will I receive my order?
We are excited for you to enjoy your Kanga Toy product. Your order will be processed before 1pm (MST) Monday through Friday. Currently we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Keep in mind most items ship within 2-3 business days of successful payment processing.
