Shipping and Delivery
Once we have processed your Kanga Toy purchase, you will receive some emails with important information. There will be a confirmation email, and shipment tracking email once your product has been shipped with an estimate of when your package will be delivered.
How do I get free shipping?
We love free shipping just as much as the next guy, and we want you to enjoy it too. When you order $50 worth of products or more, we do a dance, throw a party, and your order will be shipped Ground at no cost to you (That means you get free shipping).
Where do we ship?
Kanga Toys currently ships to the United States. Right now duties, customs and shipping rates to ship outside of these places make it too expensive to ship anywhere else. We apologize if this is an inconvenience. If you find yourself outside of our shipping range, please contact us at Support@KangaToys.com and let us know you want us to ship to you!
When will I receive my order?
We are excited for you to enjoy your Kanga Toy product. Your order will be processed before 12pm (MST) Monday through Friday. Currently we do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Keep in mind most items ship within 1-2 business days after a successful payment purchase.
What is your Return and Refund policy?
Unhappy with a Kanga Toy product? Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to make it right. For returns, we’ll gladly refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and restocking charges. With any purchase from KangaToys.com you will have 30 days to return it. Keep in mind used products or sale purchases are ineligible for returns.
To process a return, please contact us at Support@KangaToys.com. We simply require proof of three things:
1) Proof of purchase (email that matches that on the purchase order)
2) Irrefutable proof your product is in pristine condition to be resold. (This means sending us quality photos that clearly show the product’s condition.)
3) Purchase and delivery dates (products you have had over 30 days are ineligible for returns).
If your product is eligible for a return, our support team will offer any final instructions through email on steps to finalize your return and any additional information we need from you.
Once your return product has been received, your refund will be processed to the original form of payment. Your bank may require more than 14 days time to post this transaction to your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If it has been more than 14 business days since we received your return follow these steps.
1. Check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Ineligible Return Items
- Product with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is more than 30 days after purchase
- Gifts or Gift Cards
Shipping on a Returned Item
Once your email request for a return has been approved, we will send you an email response with directions on how to return your item and what you will need to do next. Please note, we refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and restocking charges.
This means, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
My product was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
Unfortunately accidents happen. If your product has been damaged in shipping it is eligible to be replaced. If the product arrives with apparent shipping damage, please refuse delivery. If the delivery man is gone and you find shipping damage later, please email us at Support@KangaToys.com. We will need to see proof of purchase, photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will be able to track your package with your name and email used to make the purchase. Please keep all emails and paperwork regarding your purchase as it may have important information to speed up this process.
Can I return a gift?
Please note that we currently do not offer gift exchanges, and Gift cards are ineligible for a return or refund.
